Refund Policy

The Greek Stitch is committed to providing our customers with a top tier shopping experience. Currently, we do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges.  We do ask that you please review our sizing chart before placing your order.

Please allow 24-72 hours for a response. Our offices are closed during holidays. 

Under special circumstances will we administer refunds. The Greek Stitch will only accept refunds for products damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item(s) was shipped to the customer. The Greek Stitch, LLC is not responsible  for packages that are lost or stolen once it is in possession of the shipping carrier. If you have any issues regarding tracking an order once it has left our facility, please contact the shipping carrier. 


To be eligible for an refund you must email us at sales@shopthegreekstitch.com within five (5) days of delivery. Upon receiving of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to confirm your exchange request is processed. Shipping fees apply to returns. Items must be return within 2 days of receiving label. Items return after will be forfeited. 

 

Please note custom order, pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled and you will be given an ESTIMATED time frame for shipping. Please carefully read product description answer most common asked questions. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. 

We do not cover shipping fees for exchanges. 

Returned items must be free of stains and scents. Items with stains will not be return back and will be forfeited. 

 

BULK ORDERS: If chapters do not meet the minimum requirement for bulk orders, all orders will be refunded with 48-72 hours after payment date.

You will be required to ship back the damaged/incorrect item to our facility. Once the returned item can be tracked in transit, we will proceed with the exchange shipment of the correct item. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price.
