Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers. This is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.The Greek Stitch cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by USPS.Additionally, “The Greek Stitch” is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages even if the address was entered correctly.

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our facility by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

Unless specifically noted all orders will ship between 5-7 business days via USPS first class mail.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be additional delays  in shipping/delivery times. Possible shipping delays may also occur during the holiday season as well. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our shipping carriers and time frames are not guaranteed. Please be mindful that some  packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe during certain circumstances.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You will then receive a tracking number(s) to your email address, confirming that your order has been shipped once it has processed.
